kent's birthday today.
didn't know wad to buy for him. decided to play this song he introduced me.
called him and played for him over the phone. he said "gao shou" LOL. thx kent, hes been a good buddy in track. if i manage to promote this year. got to thank him some day. anyway y not thank him now. THANK YOU KENT.

asdwas in my dad's car when we went hme after visiting my grandmother. then heard this phrase which makes alot of sense to me and brought me to deep deep thoughts.

"what you can give is not always what the other wants, no matter how much or how good u can give"

was thinking over this phrase and realised it makes alot of sense. u can do so much for someone or for a group of people. and more often then ever what u do is something they do not really want.then u ask urself why u do it in the first place.

i asked my brother once, whats the difference between loving someone without motives and loving someone with motives. he enlightened me. maybe non christians will not understand this but he said. To love someone without motives, is to love him/her becuase u want to show how much god really love u and u want to show gods love to her.
even for christians i think this phrase is difficult to understand but my brother put it to realism.

we were at J8 watching a movie with my family. i remember is a jack neo film. i not stupid 2. after we watched. my brother asked me. "hey wanna help clear the thrash and popcorn in this place". when he asked me. i was stunned. but i nevertheless helped. then the usual "cleaners" came in and saw us.Utterly shocked, they asked " are u people singaporeans?"

interesting isn't it? but my brother and I continued to clean up for them, in fact the cleaners were teenagers like me and they know we were truly helping. they hurried to bring the dustbin over and helped us. joke was my family thought we were kidnapped cos they were busy walking down with the crowd to exit the cinema. when they could not see us. they hurried to call us. but we opened the door and saw them. haha.

well but u cannot measure love just on how much you do for someone cos there is a limit. there are some "good" things that some people find it their usual pie everyday. for eg, offering a seat for a old lady. many may find that person who gave up that seat helpful. but its hard to differentiate if he/she gave up the seat without any intentions. intentions i mean, getting into people's good books as it is often seeing group of teenagers teasing their friends when they give up their seat? so issit for popularity? to get in the good books of people? its hard to decide isn't it. maybe some people who read this may just find that i am thinking too much but well maybe i am .

xq said love and like is different. i guess i really dunnoe cos never had a gf b4. well she had a bf haha. guess being single has its advantage! more time!
anyway for those worrying abt promos. go play first la. if not no chance le =)
back to running man. hopefully can run for sch nxt year. train hard tnf.
good job on the store today. its fantastic now =]
