the team is really coming UP ONCE AGAIN
woot our timings for x-ctry is like so close man
looks like everyone is putting in the EFFORT
and its paying off!!

but for me and rama
no effort
so no paying off
we can only maintain

ran the SAA east coast road race with a injured quad
still managed a 12.01
decent
but i had to deal with like stomach ache
and
injured leg while running
almost died!
thank god. u were there accompanying me throughout the whole race man.
pushing me on. thank you!

thx mr. ang to be with us today
